  • How to avoid a c-section

    Avoiding a c-section that is not medically necessary is a reasonable goal for any pregnant mom. With c-section rates in the United States and many other countries at an all-time high, and still rising, “how to avoid a cesarian” has unfortunately become an extremely relevant question for mothers to pose. Let’s take a look at things pregnant mothers can do to increase their chances of having a vaginal birth and escaping medically unnecessary c-sections.

  • Umeda’s twin pregnancy journey

    I love guest bloggers! Hearing other mamas’ pregnancy and birth stories always gives us new perspective! Today, twin mom Umeda shares the story  of her pregnancy. Her twins were diagnosed with twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome and underwent a surgery in utero. Umeda then had a c-section. Today, her twins Sophia and Daria are healthy and beautiful girls!
